Product Introduction

The underground foundation shell is made of high-strength steel plates and equipped with a solid keel support structure.A rotating shaft is installed in the casing and is connected to the tire breaking teeth.
Each piece of solid tire teeth is welded to a reliable rotating shaft at a mutual distance of 140mm, and the lifting and lowering movements are performed through the rotating shaft.
The top cover of traffic spike is designed in accordance with DIN 1072 standards and is very strong and can carry large vehicles over 100kn to pass smoothly.
It adopts motor power mode, simple installation, easy maintenance, high safety performance and long service life.

Control unit

The motor controller has a waterproof design on the outside and is driven by an electromechanical power unit internally. It is easy to lift and lower. It offers compatibility with various intelligent control methods, including remote mobile phone applications, license plate recognition, ground sensing linkage, and traffic light coordination, among others.

Tire killer barb

Crafted from A3 carbon steel, if an unauthorized vehicle attempts to forcibly collide with it, the road blocker will directly damage the vehicle’s tires.

The height of the tire-breaking blade is 130 millimeters, with the option for customization.

The tire-breaking blade has a thickness of 10 millimeters, with the flexibility for customization.

Fixed installation port

Traffic Spike has the same fixing port and is fixed with the ground by expansion screws, making it more stable and firm.
